Responsable de liderar la integración de cargas de trabajo con entornos SDDC (Software-Defined Data Center) y plataformas cloud (Azure/AWS), brindando soporte técnico especializado durante procesos de migración tipo rehost (lift & shift). Actúa como referente en la implementación de sistemas operativos, virtualización y middleware, asegurando consistencia, estabilidad y cumplimiento de estándares en entornos híbridos. Activities: Ejecutar e implementar migraciones de workloads bajo estrategia rehost (on-prem cloud) Integrar plataformas on-premise con entornos SDDC y cloud (Azure/AWS) Instalar, configurar y optimizar sistemas operativos en entornos cloud y virtualizados Implementar y configurar middleware (web servers, app servers, runtimes) en cloud Soportar troubleshooting en capas de SO, virtualización y middleware Validar compatibilidad técnica de aplicaciones durante procesos de migración Automatizar despliegues y configuraciones mediante scripts o herramientas IaC Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, hardening y baseline de sistemas Colaborar con equipos de redes, seguridad y aplicaciones para integraciones end-to-end Documentar configuraciones, procedimientos y lecciones aprendidas durante migraciones Skills: AWS: Amazon EC2 (Linux / Windows) AWS Application Migration Service (MGN) AWS Systems Manager (SSM) Amazon EBS / AMIs Auto Scaling + Elastic Load Balancing Monitoreo con CloudWatch Administración de sistemas Linux y Windows en AWS Automatización con AWS CLI / Bash / PowerShell Integración con IAM (roles y políticas) Azure: Azure Virtual Machines (Linux / Windows) Azure Migrate + Azure Site Recovery (ASR) Azure Managed Disks / Images Azure Monitor / Log Analytics Azure Automation (Runbooks) Administración de sistemas Linux y Windows en Azure Automatización con Azure CLI / PowerShell Integración con Microsoft Entra ID Virtualización / SDDC: VMware vSphere / vCenter Migración de VMs (rehost / lift & shift) Gestión de templates / imágenes base Sistemas Operativos: Administración Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) Administración Windows Server Hardening y gestión de parches Troubleshooting y performance básico Networking base (DNS, IP, conectividad) Middleware: Apache / Nginx / IIS Tomcat / JBoss / WebLogic Despliegue de aplicaciones (WAR / EAR) Configuración básica y troubleshooting Plus (opcional): Scripting (Bash / PowerShell / Python) Terraform / Bicep (nociones básicas) Docker (conceptos) About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
