Warehouse Team Leader
What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of a small warehouse, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of production materials through the site. You will support warehouse management by maintaining precise records of goods received and distributed, and by ensuring all documentation is handled in line with established procedures. Working closely with material coordinators and key site stakeholders, you will help maintain optimal stock levels and ensure full traceability of goods movement within the plant. Your focus will be on delivering high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all warehouse activities.

How You Will Do It
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching production materials
- Maintain accurate records of goods received and distributed within the warehouse
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Track and provide evidence of goods flow within the plant
- Update and communicate stock levels to Material Coordinators
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Promote a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment
- Assist warehouse management with reporting and administrative tasks
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR
- Two-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow processes and work within established guidelines
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with stock control systems or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles
