Summary – basic function of the role
As our Sales Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
This is a highly entrepreneurial role where your primary focus is on identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities
You are a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, building new customer relationships and converting opportunities into profitable business.
While developing new customers is your main priority, you will also strategically grow existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities and expanding our footprint within those organizations.
This is a remote position
Although Hydratight has an office in Barendrecht (The Netherlands), you are free to work from anywhere within the Benelux region, provided you are willing to travel regularly to customers and occasionally to our office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth throughout the Benelux region.
- Proactively identify, prospect and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and manage opportunities from first contact through quotation to order conversion.
- Develop existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Technical Specialists to deliver standard and customized service solutions.
- Execute business development plans to grow market share within the territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer developments, reporting these to the Commercial Manager.
- Ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards and actively promote a strong safety culture.
- Represent Hydratight professionally and act as a true ambassador of the business.

- Technical affinity with industrial services and engineering environments.
- Knowledge of Leak Sealing, Bolting and On-site Machining is considered a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- French, Spanish and/or Italian are considered a plus.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies or Commercial Business.
- Minimum of 5 years' successful experience in technical sales, business development or industrial services.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience selling technical services into industrial markets is highly preferred.
