We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support investment analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio management across an international real estate portfolio.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Research real estate markets in the US, Latvia, and other target countries, including prices, rents, yields, taxes, regulations, and macroeconomic trends;
    • Build and update financial models for existing assets and new investment opportunities;
    • Analyze asset performance, including income, costs, profitability, payback period, ROI, IRR, NPV, and cash flows;
    • Prepare investment memos, market reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management;
    • Support acquisition, disposal, leasing, redevelopment, and portfolio optimization decisions;
    • Work with internal teams and external advisors on valuations, transactions, and reporting.


    We expect from you:

    • 3–5 years of experience in real estate, investment analysis, development, asset management, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role;
    • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including cash-flow analysis, ROI, IRR, NPV, and DCF;
    • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
    • Ability to research and compare real estate markets across different countries;
    • Experience preparing clear analytical reports and presentations for management;
    • English B2+; C1 preferred;
    • Fluent in Russian;
    • Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
