Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organized Senior Operations Specialist to join the Managing Director (MD) Office team and support strategic and operational activities across the organization.
This role combines operational coordination with executive support responsibilities and includes working closely with the Managing Director (MD) on day-to-day business activities, cross-functional initiatives, and organizational priorities.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support operational and organizational activities across different business functions

Assist the Managing Director (MD) with day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, presentations, and ongoing business needs

Help improve and streamline operational processes and workflows

Coordinate and support cross-functional projects and initiatives
-
Organize and coordinate internal events, trainings, workshops, and leadership meetings
-
Track operational tasks, priorities, and key deliverables
-
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership meetings

Work closely with teams such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Technology

Support topics related to employee relations and operational processes

Maintain organized documentation and operational materials
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, event management, or a related field
-
Experience working in technology and/or software companies
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an advantage

Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams

Familiarity with process improvement, Agile, or project management methodologies
