Social Worker/Counselor (Southwest)

The counselor/social worker is part of a multidisciplinary team and uses a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to provide a range of office, community, and home-based services to clients. May carry separate administrative responsibilities. Works with diverse staff and service populations.
