The Doe Run Company is seeking a Mill Supervisor to monitor and sustain quality and standards set by the company for mill operations and product production by maximizing employee performance in order to meet production goals, while maintaining a safe work environment. This position has a 12-hour rotating schedule and is based out of our Fletcher Mine in Centerville, MO.
