Nigeria has set an ambitious target to achieve at least 80% coverage for all routine immunization antigens Nationally and in every state by 2027, with a strong focus on reducing zero-dose and under-immunized children. This requires a resilient PHC system, skilled health workforce, robust cold chain and logistics, and a strong culture of data use for action.
