What you´ll do Lead daily Shipping operations, overseeing packer productivity, coaching, performance management, and team engagement. Plan and adjust workloads to meet daily, monthly, and annual shipping targets aligned with sales goals. Ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, documentation, and back-order handling to meet customer expectations. Coordinate daily outbound shipments with TL/LTL carriers and resolve mis-shipments or customer delivery issues. Manage shipping supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area. Track, analyze, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, on-time shipping, order accuracy, and labor productivity to improve operational performance. Maintain ISO 9001 compliance through updated procedures, training, and adherence to quality standards.
