Behavior Consultant

Lancaster County is seeking a dedicated Behavior Consultant (BC). This hands-on position provides behavioral and therapeutic support to children, youth, and families within the community. The Behavior Consultant will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and work collaboratively with families and service teams to promote positive behavioral change and emotional well‑being. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting youth and families through evidence‑based practices.
