The Chief People and Culture (P5) leads and manages complex human resources functions, serving as a strategic advisor to senior management on people management and organizational effectiveness. The role is responsible for overseeing HR service delivery, business partnering, workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and HR transformation initiatives, while leading a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions that support UNICEF’s mission and business objectives.
