Job Description
Our client is an iGaming Advertising Agency specializing in performance-driven user acquisition for operators worldwide. The company partners with leading brands, delivering high-quality traffic through a combination of a global affiliate network and proprietary in-house traffic sources.
Recognized by industry awards and certifications, the agency is known for its reliability, transparency, and strong market presence. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
Attracting new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
Developing proposals for partners to improve the effectiveness of collaboration;
Negotiating and concluding agreements with partners;
Analyzing and optimizing current campaigns, improving key performance indicators (KPIs);
Daily traffic monitoring, reporting, and monitoring of target achievement;
Coordinating with internal departments to support successful campaigns;
Participating in industry events and conferences to develop the partner network.
📚 Your qualifications:
2 – 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming niche;
The presence of a partner base;
Strong negotiation and communication skills, a deep understanding of the needs and key challenges of partners;
Ability to analyze performance data effectively;
Solid knowledge of main partnership models and key metrics;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to work;
Proficiency in English at B1–B2 level.

Experience in working with resale and networking with other affiliate programs.
