| The UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in designing user-centered web applications that support core healthcare payor business processes. This includes applications for claims processing, care management, and utilization management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex workflows, data-driven decision-making, and the need for security and compliance within the healthcare industry. They will translate business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces design. |
| Required Skills |
| Proficiency in UI/UX design tools. Figma expertise is preferred |
| Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices. |
| Experience with designing complex workflows and data-driven interfaces. |
| Create user personas and journey maps that reflect the unique needs and tasks of healthcare payor users. |
| Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles. |
| Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and HIPAA regulations. |
| Experience designing applications for specific healthcare payor functions (e.g., claims processing flow, Utilization Management and Care Management Flow). |
