Wage - $17.20 per hour

Schedule – Varies, Full Time, 8hr shifts

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for patrolling center grounds, manages front desks for guests sign-in and temporary badges distribution, monitors that all staff and students wear ID badges, and ensures the safety of staff, students, and visitors. Control, surveillance, identification, monitoring, investigation, and reporting of all matters pertaining to center property, facilities, students, staff, and visitors.

Essential functions:

1. Patrol and monitor center grounds and the surrounding vicinities as required ensuring safety and proper behavior of students, resolving potential or occurring problems. 
2. Protect and secure building, center vehicles and property by checking doors, windows, light electrical appliances, equipment, locks and emergency equipment and use. 
3. Assis in emergency evacuation, control and accountability of students and staff, respond to fire alarms, take necessary steps to report fires, reset fire alarm equipment. 
4. issue visitor badges and parking permits, issue staff and student keys and badges, maintain related records. 
5. Distribute perry cash, maintain accountability logs and receipts, and audit each shifts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One (1) year security experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
