Registered Nurse Residency Program

Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is in search of new-grad nurses to join our Nurse Residency Program! Our Registered Nurse Residency Program (RNRP) is a 6- month bridge program that allows an RN with less than one year of experience to work directly with experienced nurses and transition into professional hospital nursing positions. The RN will be working directly with a preceptor to become proficient in the basic skills to be an RN. In addition to working with a preceptor, the RN will work with the Education Department in a series of classes, hands on skills sessions, and simulation experiences that will boost their knowledge base and skill set.
