Job Title: Campaign Manager, Account Based Marketing (ABM)
Locations: Houston, Texas
Reports to: Senior Manager, Global Campaigns

A quick snapshot…
You’ll lead highimpact, accountbased strategic plays for named accounts and priority segments—designing 1:1 and 1:few campaigns that deepen engagement, move buying groups forward, and support revenue goals.

Why it’s a big deal…
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Field—where strategy meets real revenue moments. As the Campaign Manager for Account Based Marketing, you’ll partner closely with sales leadership to bring focus and momentum to top accounts and strategic segments. You’ll own the design and timing of plays that align tightly to account priorities and buying stage progression. Your work will drive stronger account engagement, better sales alignment, and clearer movement through the funnel—especially in complex, highvalue opportunities.

Here’s what we’re looking for..

  • Own the endtoend strategy for strategic account plays, from campaign brief and engagement strategy through launch, optimization, and pause decisions, with a strong bias toward action.
  • Design and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, balancing personalization with repeatable play frameworks.
  • Define accountspecific value hypotheses and engagement strategies that resonate with buying groups—not just individual champions.
  • Lead strategic plays with flexibility to spin up or adjust plays based on objectives, signals, or account movement.
  • Apply signaldriven insights (intent, engagement, buying stage) to determine when plays should launch, evolve, or pause.
  • Work in close partnership with Field Marketing, where this role owns strategy and engagement design while Field drives inperson and event activation.
  • Influence and align multichannel activation across events, SDR outreach, personalized digital experiences, and direct mail.
  • Track performance and continuously refine plays to improve account engagement and progression through buying stages.

Here’s what will give you an edge…

  • 5–8+ years of experience in ABM, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns, with experience supporting salesled growth motions.
  • A strong track record designing and owning 1:1 and 1:few campaigns tied to account outcomes, not just activity.
  • Solid understanding of buying groups, complex deal cycles, and how to move accounts forward strategically over time.
  • Experience working in signaldriven environments and using engagement or intent data to guide campaign decisions.
  • Confidence owning campaign strategy and timing, while influencing crossfunctional execution teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic plays simultaneously.
  • A relationshipdriven mindset with strong sales empathy and executive presence.
  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the account story—and zoom in to execute the right next move.
  • Creative problemsolver who thrives in ambiguity and can build structure where needed.
  • High level of ownership and initiative, with comfort making judgment calls and moving fast.
  • Ability to balance personalization with scale, and strategy with execution.
  • A collaborative style that builds trust across Sales, Field, and Marketing teams.
