Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of outdoor pool and restaurant bar outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Support inventory control, product ordering, and labor management within a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ensure all company standards and local health, safety, and sanitation requirements are consistently met
- Assist with basic accounting functions, including reconciliation and reporting
- Help maintain a high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere aligned with resort standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in outdoor, poolside, or bar-focused operations, or 3 years of relevant restaurant/bar experience
- Demonstrated experience working in high-volume, outdoor or resort-style environments strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- ServSafe manager certification
- Responsible alcohol service certification
