WHO are we looking for?   CAPTRUST is seeking an IT Help Desk Associate to provide foundational technical support for the firm’s technology needs, serving over 2,000 employees under the guidance of senior team members. This role is designed to develop technical proficiency through the execution of established procedures and hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure. The Associate will support day-to-day operations by responding to user requests, assisting with hardware deployment, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of technology assets and support activities
