Position Objective
The Trainer independently delivers the standardized Onboarding CX Core Curriculum and executes ILT sessions during New Hire Onboarding as directed by Enablement Partners. This role facilitates structured learning experiences, tracks trainee performance, and contributes to ongoing training delivery with consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
Onboarding & Training Execution
Independently facilitates the standardized Onboarding Core Curriculum for new hires.
Deliver ILT sessions during Weeks 2–4 as deployed by Enablement Partners, covering role-based and operational content.
Facilitate hands-on exercises, simulations, and scenario-based learning activities.
Track trainee progress, milestones, and provide structured performance feedback.
Ongoing Training & Development
Deliver ongoing training programs and skill development workshops as needed.
Update content to reflect process improvements, QA findings, and SME input.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with SMEs, WFM, and department leads to ensure training meets operational goals.
Communicate progress and performance observations to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & Feedback
Gather and analyze trainee feedback to improve training effectiveness.
Recommend enhancements to content, delivery methods, and training workflows.
Deliver high-quality, accurate work and outcomes by consistently adhering to documented processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and checklists.
Review and verify outcomes before submission to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
Identify and address process gaps or errors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
Availability for afternoon shift (14:00–22:00 PL time)
Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in the Kraków office / 2 days remote (after probation)
2 – 5 years of professional experience in customer success or related roles
Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proven knowledge of training facilitation and group engagement techniques
Hands-on experience with adult learning theory and instructional delivery
Demonstrated ability to conduct learning needs analysis and support assessments
Effective feedback and coaching techniques
Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management tools
Documentation and progress tracking
Cross-functional collaboration and communication
