Position Overview
The Site Operations Administrator is responsible for providing proactive, effective, and flexible administrative support service to all company stakeholders with direction from the Director, Site Operations. The role requires provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of an operations sites or facility.
Essential Job Functions
- Act as first point of contact for general operations administrative matter.
- Supporting Vantage’s Site Operations department through the delivery of exceptional administrative services.
- Support the Site Operations Department in delivering services that are essential to the success of the business
Duties
- Process requests from internal efficiently with accurate data entry
- Book meeting rooms and support requirements of potential clients and/or visitors who are attending the site
- Manage stock control of site supplies and stationary inventory
- Deal with general enquires
- Managing and updating the CAPEX and OPEX payment record.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Data input for issuing purchase order for Site Operations department.
- Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and minutes taker.
- Managing the maintenance of general office equipment.
- General administration and maintain company records
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
