Major emphasis is on program development and management functions of planning, organizing, directing, controlling and coordination. Responsible for providing an environment that promotes optimal health and social functioning of residents, and coordinates all efforts with and on behalf of staff, volunteers, families and the community at large under general direction from organizational policies and general objectives.
