About The Project:
Sydney Metro West is a transformational 24 km underground railway connecting Sydney CBD to Parramatta, with stations at Westmead, Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield, Burwood North, Five Dock, The Bays, Pyrmont and Hunter Street.
The Linewide package connects the entire system, delivering the critical rail infrastructure and technology that bring the metro network to life.
Project offices are located across several Sydney locations including the CBD, Clyde, Rosehill, The Bays and Burwood North.
About The Role:
We are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join our Training team as part of the People and Culture function on the Sydney Metro West Linewide Project. This role will report directly to the Senior Learning & Development Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project-wide training inbox by responding to queries or forwarding queries to the appropriate team members for follow up.
- Ensure RIW and 3DS onboarding for workers is compliant prior to the completion of Induction.
- Schedule and coordinate training events with participants and course providers.
- Coordinate the collection, recording and verification of employee competency information, such as tickets, licenses and qualifications and ensure data is obtained and recorded in Safety and Compliance system.
- Provide efficient administrative support including scanning and data entry, coordination and processing of requisitions/PO’s/Invoices and general clerical support.

- Has strong administrative experience and loves keeping things organised.
- Is confident with technology and enjoys figuring out how systems work.
- Learns new software quickly and uses it effectively.
- Pays attention to detail and keeps data accurate.
- Can spot patterns and make sense of data for reports.
- Communicates clearly and provides great customer service.
