Role Mission

The Community Manager Intern will support the growth, engagement, and health of the brand’s online community by identifying new users, nurturing relationships with micro and nano influencers, and driving meaningful conversations across digital platforms. The role focuses on strengthening brand affinity through social listening, trend awareness, and real-time community engagement aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scouting: Support the scouting strategy with approval of new users & invitation and help to reach users objectives by 2026 looking for new users by our platforms & social listening strategies

  • Community Engagement & Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with our micro and nano influencers, taking de contact with them through our platform: DMs, channels; foster authentic conversations that drive brand affinity and loyalty; and develop engagement strategies that resonate with the users and align with brands objectives.

  • Trendspotting & Real-Time Adaptation: Stay ahead of social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to inform brand storytelling; and identify opportunities for real-time marketing and creative social activations.

  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and proactively address negative feedback to maintain a positive brand image; and work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless issue resolution.

  • Content Ideation & Collaboration: Work with content and creative teams to develop engaging, platform-specific content; suggest new content formats and activations to increase engagement; and execute social listening strategies, ensuring consistent and engaging interactions with the users.

  • Analytics & Performance Optimization: Utilize data analytics tools to track performance, extract insights, and refine future strategies; provide regular reports with key takeaways and recommendations for growth.
