Job Description

Accountability

- Monitor and coordinate activities to manage preventative maintenance workload/ financials and make recommendations for improvement.

- Track, maintain, analyze and provide current information on the operations business scorecard or key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Perform analysis of the operations cost elements to ensure effective and efficient operations.

- Prepare and analyze comprehensive and detailed reports

- Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for both internal and external use

- May develop, implement, evaluate or lead projects or initiatives (e. g. , business plan or process improvement initiatives related to financials)

- Provide broad analytical support to the business unit

Qualifications

- 4 year degree in a business-related field

- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in a business related position

- Thorough computer-based analytical skill (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Hyperion, database management)

- Expertise in PeopleSoft and financial systems preferred

- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

- Strong math and analytical skills

- Ability to use spreadsheet applications and learn other specialized software products

- Ability to work closely with peers in a teamwork environment
