Seasonal Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Pay: $18.75/hr Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm, with overtime including Saturday Location: 8598 E. Country Road 100 S., Avon, Indiana 46123 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities!  Job Responsibilities: Safely operate an order picker or turret to perform case pick duties Organize and stow products in the correct location within the facility Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed Other duties on or off the forklift equipment as assigned to support business needs Adherence to all safety policies – steel toes required  What You Bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required 6+ months previous order picker or turret experience - required Ability to work at heights of 20ft or more - required Proven success working in fast-paced, physically demanding seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop, and lift 50lbs throughout 8 to 10-hour shift What Makes the Avon Facility Special: Experienced team Brand new facility with a beautiful outdoor space to be used for break/lunch Community Engagement Opportunities – 500 Festival Parade, Pride Festival, Suicide Prevention Walk
