Prepare designs, specifications, or estimates for transportation facilities. Plan modifications of existing streets, highways, or freeways to improve traffic flow. Prepare moderately complex studies, construction documents, maps, basic reports and other supporting documentation to support civil design. Prepares quantities, cost estimates and project technical specifications. Interprets data and prepares drawings for highways.
