This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
We are seeking a self-motivated Associate to join the Performance Measurement Group. The candidate will support performance data governance, automation, operational improvement, calculation engine initiatives, and other strategic transformation projects. This individual will provide performance data, analytics, validation, and reporting support for the firm’s private markets investments. The role will work closely with Performance Measurement, Investments, Investor Relations, IT, Accounting, Marketing, Client Reporting, and other teams to support the firm’s global investment activities.

What you will do:
Support the Performance Data Owner in stewarding performance data definitions, quality standards, controls, documentation, and issue resolution
Assist with performance calculation engine implementation and enhancement, including requirements, methodology validation, testing, and production support
Perform data validation and exception management to identify missing data, outliers, reconciliation breaks, and methodology inconsistencies
Maintain documentation for performance methodologies, calculation logic, data lineage, process flows, and controls
Support transformation projects involving performance data, reporting automation, data platforms, and operating model improvements
Design and test of existing and new technology applications impacting performance data
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to increase timely and accurate delivery of performance data
And other responsibilities as required
What you bring:
Experience in performance measurement, data analytics, or financial operations, ideally in private markets
Experience supporting automation, system improvements, UAT, data validation, or transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of data quality, controls, documentation, and governance practices
Experience with private/public benchmarking, composite performance, and performance reporting preferred
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify root causes of data issues
Technical proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, and Snowflake preferred
Education
Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
Experience
3+ years of data analytics, investment operations, or performance measurement experience preferred

Base Salary Range:
$95,000.00 - $105,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
