Summary of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Practitioner with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, capable of designing and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for building intelligent systems, leveraging modern AI/ML techniques, and contributing to high-impact business outcomes as part of a fast-paced, high-performing engineering team.
Your Main Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems.
Build and deploy machine learning models using modern frameworks and tools.
Work with structured and unstructured data to develop predictive and optimization models.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Drive model performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
Contribute to end-to-end ML lifecycle including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Apply best practices for experiment tracking, model versioning, and reproducibility.
Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior team members.
Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and drive innovation initiatives.
Work in Agile/SAFe environments ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Technical Responsibilities
Develop models using ML/DL techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and deep learning.
Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Build data pipelines and integrate models into production systems.
Ensure model performance through evaluation metrics, tuning, and monitoring.
Leverage cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI/ML workloads.
Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD for ML models.
Troubleshoot production issues related to data and models.
About the Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or Java/Scala.
Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.
Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
