Senior Power Platform Developer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade low-code solutions for public sector clients in Ireland. You will play a key role in driving adoption of Microsoft Power Platform technologies while contributing to high-quality, customer-focused delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) aligned to best practices
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
- Configure and optimise Microsoft Dataverse models and integrations
- Ensure high standards of quality, governance, and delivery
- Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
- Support adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform
Essential:
- 5+ years’ experience delivering Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, data modelling, and integrations
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience using Power Apps Test Studio or similar testing tools
- Experience with SQL, SharePoint, or other data sources
- Experience developing Microsoft Teams apps
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Forms)
- Power BI experience
- Experience integrating APIs or third-party systems
- Experience with Azure PaaS / Integration Services
- Development experience (.NET, C#, TypeScript, SQL Server)
- UX design exposure
- Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500)
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
