Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade low-code solutions for public sector clients in Ireland. You will play a key role in driving adoption of Microsoft Power Platform technologies while contributing to high-quality, customer-focused delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents) aligned to best practices
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
  • Configure and optimise Microsoft Dataverse models and integrations
  • Ensure high standards of quality, governance, and delivery
  • Contribute to Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
  • Support adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform

Essential:

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, data modelling, and integrations 
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with Dynamics 365
  • Experience using Power Apps Test Studio or similar testing tools
  • Experience with SQL, SharePoint, or other data sources
  • Experience developing Microsoft Teams apps
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Forms)
  • Power BI experience
  • Experience integrating APIs or third-party systems
  • Experience with Azure PaaS / Integration Services
  • Development experience (.NET, C#, TypeScript, SQL Server)
  • UX design exposure
  • Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500)

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
