Salary range: 14 580 - 22 350 PLN gross

 

What will you do?

 

You will join a global initiative focused on building an AI-powered tool used by teams across the bank worldwide. The platform leverages modern technologies, including large language models (LLMs), to streamline everyday work, automate repetitive tasks, and support better decision-making.

The project combines strong engineering practices with real business impact, delivering tools that improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration at scale. It is a long-term, strategic programme developed by international teams and used by thousands of internal users.

 

Your tasks

• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
• Build data pipelines and automate workflows
• Implement model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD for ML
• Work with AWS and cloud-based ML solutions
• Analyze and visualize data for actionable insights
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models

 

Your skills

 

• Strong experience in Python and relevant ML libraries, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Proven ability to develop, train, and deploy machine learning models.
• Experience in building data pipelines and automating workflows.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD practices for ML projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML solutions, preferably AWS.
• Strong skills in data analysis and visualization to extract actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to productionize ML models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
