Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Part Time Weekend Rounding (Fri-Sun)

This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced NP or PA seeking a consistent weekend schedule with meaningful patient impact. In this role, you will provide weekend rounding coverage at a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, seeing 15-20 residents each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage acute changes in condition, coordinate with facility nursing staff, and ensure continuity of care for a stable, established patient panel.
