Job Description
Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to design and deliver creative, scalable solutions across our global Customer Service business. In this role, you will shape the architecture of our service processes across SAP S/4HANA, SAP CS, SM & SD, Service Cloud (C4C V2), SAP Field Service Management, and Asset Manager. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation partners to ensure robust, future-ready service solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- You design and deliver high-quality solution architectures for the Epics and initiatives you own
- You elaborate solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications
- You coordinate internal and external development partners, including quality checks and testing
- You independently perform SAP S/4HANA CS/SM/SD/FSM customizing and document system setups
- You support global implementation projects and provide third-level support for global users
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a similar Solution Architect or Application Manager role
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD) as well as experience with Service Management in S/4
- Proven ability to create architecture deliverables in both waterfall and Agile environments
- Fluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills
