Position Summary The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Service Operations Manager in ensuring Vertiv’s commitment to delivering exceptional service levels to customers. This position oversees both Power and Thermal operations in Batam Branch, including maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, quality analysis, and retrofitting of systems. The Service Operations Leader will also manage cost evaluations for “time & material” repair quotations, plan and schedule weekly operations, and lead the service team to achieve operational excellence across both domains. This role is critical in sustaining business growth in Batam and maintaining Vertiv’s reputation for world-class service.
