Role Overview
The Vice President, Marketing Enablement will play a crucial role in driving marketing effectiveness through Marketing automation, digital campaign operations excellence, and data-driven optimization. This role focuses on enabling marketing teams to digitally execute high-impact campaigns through seamless platform integration, advanced analytics, and continuous optimization of digital channels. The role will serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and digital execution, ensuring that marketing automation platforms, data integrations, and campaign operations work cohesively to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities, with the potential over time to take on greater responsibilities in a global digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Platforms & Campaign Operations (Marketo & WordPress)
Lead and own the Marketo platform strategy, administration, implementation, and optimization to meet business needs
Oversee and implement end-to-end digital campaign operations including setup, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization
Work closely with regional Marketing leads to set up and deliver BAU email sends, working with an offshore resource for support.
Develop comprehensive campaign workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture programs
Establish clear KPIs to measure effectiveness, engagement, and ROI across digital channels
Leverage analytics and AI-powered insights to monitor and optimize campaigns
Act as owner and primary governance for WordPress (LaSalle.com), including hands-on page publishing.
Work closely with Brand Marketing and Content to ensure our website delivers a best-in-class UX
Stay ahead of digital trends, AI technologies, and best practices to evolve digital marketing strategy.
Stakeholder collaboration
Collaborate with M&C leadership to ensure digital initiatives support broader business strategies
Manage offshore resource supporting the Marketo platform
Manage vendor relationships and agency partnerships.
Platform and Data Integration
Architect integrations between MAP, CRM, CMS, web analytics, and other martech platforms to ensure seamless data flow and unified customer views into a CDP.
Collaborate with Technology to implement API integrations and maintain data integrity
Work with SVP, Marketing Operations to implement a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Maintain comprehensive overview of martech stack ensuring the stack remains efficient, cost-effective, properly integrated and fully utilised.
Digital Channel Optimization
Lead optimization across paid search, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising
Implement advanced personalization strategies using behavioural data and AI-powered insights
Conduct regular audits and recommend strategic improvements for conversion optimization
Governance, Compliance, and Technical Support
Oversee maintenance of documentation for platform configurations, integrations, and processes
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations globally - working with Legal & Compliance where needed - across all marketing automation and campaign activities
Provide training/ embedding sessions to marketing teams on platform usage, campaign best practices, and performance optimization
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and automation capabilities.
Required Skills
Strategic & Analytical
Proficiency in martech automation platforms (Marketo, WordPress, Google Analytics, WorkFront preferred)
Functional understanding of API integrations, web services, and database technologies
Familiarity with CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms, and marketing attribution models
Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into automated marketing processes
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and ROI optimization
Ability to assess marketing technology investments and make budget-conscious decisions
Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong interpersonal influence and collaboration skills across marketing, IT, sales, and business units
Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
Problem-solving proficiency to identify root causes and develop practical solutions
Professional Background
7+ years of experience managing marketing technology stacks, marketing automation, or digital campaign operations. Demonstrated expertise in platform administration and integration. Bachelor's degree in relevant subject preferred
