Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

As an Analyst III, PMO Governance, you will support effective project governance, financial tracking, and intake processes across the project management office (PMO). You will ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and adherence to enterprise project standards while contributing to ongoing PMO improvements.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Business Analysis and Governance.

Posting Type: Replacement.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $71,408 - $99,971.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Create and maintain projects in Jira, ensuring accurate and consistent data management.

  • Maintain PMO templates, processes, policies, and SharePoint site in alignment with PMO standards.

  • Conduct audits of project artifacts and processes to ensure compliance with enterprise governance and PMO practices.

  • Produce project reporting and dashboards, including portfolio summaries, status reports, pipeline tracking, and executive presentations.

  • Provide guidance and support on project intake processes, tools, and project management practices.

  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to project data, tools, and reporting; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Analyze project delivery performance and support annual planning and portfolio analysis activities.

  • Support project cost management processes and coordinate with Finance on budget tracking and reporting.

  • Contribute to PMO continuous improvement initiatives and support delivery of PMO-led projects.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in project management or PMO support within technology or financial services environments.

  • Experience applying project management lifecycle methodologies.

  • Experience with PMO tools and systems, including Jira and SharePoint.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, including creating dashboards and executive-level presentations.

  • Experience developing process documentation and job aids.

Experience that would set you apart

  • PMP or CAPM certification.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Advanced experience with Jira and project tracking tools.
