Plant Area Manager

The Plant Area Manager provides daily leadership to drive mid-range production goals in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity. This role delivers clear direction to Area Managers and ensures operational consistency across all assigned production zones.

The Plant Area Manager leads the production team to meet or exceed strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and plant wide performance expectations. A key responsibility of this role is developing and growing talent within the department by coaching leaders, strengthening bench depth, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
