Overview We are hiring an Account Director for Transformation Products to help shape how cutting-edge technology transforms one of the world’s most recognised digital brands. You will play a key role in scaling AI and automation solutions that enhance how teams plan, create and deliver world-class digital experiences. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Lead the development and rollout of transformation products that unlock greater value across planning, activation and measurement Shape and own a global roadmap, balancing immediate impact with long-term innovation across multiple regions Translate complex product capabilities into clear, practical use cases that teams can adopt confidently Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, influence direction and embed new ways of working Drive adoption through onboarding, training and enablement activities that support teams at every stage Define and track success through clear metrics, using insights to continuously optimise performance and outcomes Champion the role of AI and automation in elevating creativity, efficiency and overall business impact Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Experience in transformation, product, programme or operational roles within marketing, media, technology or platform-driven environments Strong understanding of AI, automation and marketing technologies, with the ability to apply them in practical ways Confidence working with stakeholders across regions, using clear communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals Ability to define success metrics and interpret data to inform decision-making and prioritisation A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with a genuine interest in driving positive change Experience managing complex initiatives, balancing multiple priorities and delivering measurable outcomes Curiosity and adaptability, with a desire to continuously learn and improve how work gets done Additional information Zenith International offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
