Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Strategic Sr Principal Technical Program Manager to drive high-impact, cross-organizational initiatives that enable OCI's continued growth and expansion. This role operates at the intersection of infrastructure strategy, business operations, capacity planning, organizational effectiveness, and executive execution. The successful candidate will lead complex initiatives spanning multiple OCI organizations, influence executive decision-making through data-driven insights, and establish scalable mechanisms that improve planning, prioritization, and execution across the infrastructure portfolio. This role requires exceptional strategic thinking, executive presence, analytical rigor, and the ability to drive outcomes across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority.
