Job Description
Job Purpose
The Client Services Documentation Specialist will support the development of polished, professional, and visually engaging client-facing materials. The Client Services Documentation Specialist role is responsible for designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations while also standardizing, cleaning up, and enhancing a variety of business documents to ensure consistency, readability, and brand alignment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations and client documents to create polished, visually engaging deliverables
Apply and maintain consistent branding, formatting, and design standards, including layouts, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Improve the organization, structure, readability, and visual flow of content across presentations and documents
Create, enhance, or update charts, tables, graphics, and other visual elements to support key messaging
Review materials for quality, accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance
Maintain and update presentation templates, document templates, and style guidelines
Ensure materials are professionally prepared for leadership reviews, client meetings, and external distribution
Partner with team members to transform draft content into client-ready deliverables
Other duties as assigned
Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times
Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties
Qualifications
Completed a Bachelor's Degree of any business-related course
4+ years of experience in presentation design, document formatting, or a similar role
Demonstrated experience standardizing, formatting, and cleaning up client-facing business documents
Strong eye for design, layout, and typography
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
Familiarity with brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and template management
Experience creating executive-level, corporate, or client-facing presentations and documents
Ability to work with content-heavy or inconsistently formatted materials and turn them into polished deliverables
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Working Conditions
Must possess a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications, for multifactor authentication and security purposes
Work Schedule: Must be amenable to work in US hours, night shifts.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear
Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress
Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal
