Sr .Net Lead

• Very strong Working experience in ASP.Net, VB.Net,C#.Net, ADO.Net, JavaScript, Powershell, SQL server
• Shall Play .Net Team Lead role and co-ordinate with offshore team
• Shall able to prioritize the tasks and allocate the tasks to offshore team
• Experience in developing and maintaining ASP.Net websites sites
• Highly professional with proven analytical abilities and organizational skills
• Excellent time Management, task prioritization and attention to detail.
• Expertise in analyzing Business requirements, Functional and Technical Specifications.
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Communicate with clients, understand and translate real business problems into requirements, design and develop a solution
• Verify and validate the deliverables before deploying into prod environment
• Experience in develop reports using Asp.Net and RDLC and SSRS

Must Have Skills:
