Pay: Starting at $55.00+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: PRN (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Responsibilities
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy services focused on independence and daily living skills
Supervise COTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Participate in care planning and discharge preparation
Educate residents, families, and caregivers
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Passion for resident-centered care
Weekend availability preferred
