Job Overview
The Component Exchange Program Analyst is responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and optimizing CEP and Repair and Return operations and inventory across the global supply chain. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality processes by leveraging data insights, driving standardization, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The analyst monitors repair performance, identifies trends and improvement opportunities, and supports strategic initiatives to enhance turnaround time, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction and inventory performance. Additionally, the role helps ensure compliance with global policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards while enabling continuous improvement across all regions.
Komatsu is a global leader in the Mining and Heavy Equipment industry. We have a position available immediately for a Senior Logistics Analyst. This onsite position is located at our Charleroi, PA Global Distribution Center (off the Bentleyville exit of Route 70), currently with a hybrid weekly schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reporting tools and data dashboards to evaluate key indicators such as total repair inventory levels, average and cycle-based turnaround times, cost per repair (including labor, parts, and logistics), and adherence to defined service level agreements. 25%
- Execute system-driven coordination across supply chain, logistics, quality, engineering, warehouse, and customer service functions by leveraging operational and systems platforms to resolve issues, streamline transactions, and optimize the end-to-end repair processes. 25%
- Use data analytics to identify performance trends, determine root causes of issues, and uncover and action opportunities for improvement to optimize component and repair parts inventory through the planning and maintaining of stocking levels necessary to support the business. 20%
- Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and inventory performance. 10%
- Drive and implement the standardization of repair processes across all global regions and vendors. 10%
- Participate in global projects related to repair strategy, system enhancements, and network optimization. 10%
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Skills
- B.S. degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in Global Distribution/Logistics/Warehousing
- Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred (ISM, CSCMP, APICS)
- Proficiency in computer programs (ie SAP, Microsoft Office, etc)
- Ability to travel to local and global sites (5-10% travel)
