Team Manager

We have two exciting opportunities for Team Managers – Delivery Operations to join our growing spoke at Knowsley. As part of a seven-person management team, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting the delivery operation — ensuring it runs safely, efficiently, and in line with Ocado standards. Each Team Manager will oversee around 120 drivers per shift, contributing to the success of a team of approximately 400 colleagues on site. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll make a real difference to the day-to-day running of our delivery service.
