Job Description
The Site Document Controller is responsible for organizing and maintaining project documents such as Submittals, Requests for Information (RFI), Earthworks/Construction Reports, Safety Reports, Engineering Reports, Field Reports, Management Reports, Quality Reports, Design Drawings, Vendor Contracts etc. This position is vital in ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and accessible for team members and stakeholders and in ensuring that the organization's record management system is running optimally.
