Creative Services Director

KOCO-TV is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Creative Services Director to lead the station’s brand vision and execution. This role reports directly to the General Manager. The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands-on creative leader with the ability to shoot, write, and edit, while working efficiently within Adobe Creative Suite. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while elevating and maintaining the look, feel, and voice of a legacy brand. As the station’s brand manager, this individual will lead a team of three talented writers and producers, developing and executing targeted, research-driven promotional campaigns across multiple platforms. These campaigns should strengthen KOCO-TV’s connection with its audience and drive measurable growth. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of brand growth, along with demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams.
