Job Description
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field. 2. 8–10 years’ commercial/business development experience, preferably in candles, waxes, chemicals, or related industries. 3. Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of revenue and margin growth 4. Experience managing distributors and direct accounts across multiple AMEA countries 5. Skilled in account planning, negotiation, and pricing strategy. 6. Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese-speaking essential); additional regional languages a plus 7. Deep understanding of wax and/or candles industry supply chain, technology, and customer needs. 8. Networks within candles or adjacent chemical/wax sectors in APAC/AMEA. 9. Experience in supporting customer innovation and co-development projects is advantageous.
