Eurazeo Elevate Team presentation Eurazeo Elevate invests in European Technology and Services SMEs with leading market positions differentiated business models. It accelerates the transformation of companies through international and operational development with notably active buy-and build strategy to open new geographies or products lines creating more international and diversified platforms. Eurazeo Elevate targets majority investment with ticket size from €75m to €150m for a valuation ranging from €100m to €400m. Responsibilities Eurazeo Elevate offers interns the chance to work on new deals opportunities and with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives across our tech services portfolio. You will partner with both portfolio company management teams and investment professionals to drive operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and exit preparation. You will be part of the Elevate Operations Team based in Paris, working closely with c. 30 investment professionals across Paris, Munich London. Primary responsibilities will include: Collaborate with investment teams and portfolio company management on value creation: develop and execute strategic plans, lead short-term operational projects, improve business processes, evaluate and model pricing strategies, analyze M A business cases for bolt-on acquisitions Build and consolidate performance benchmarks across portfolio companies to identify improvement opportunities and track progress on key operational metrics (growth, retention, profitability, efficiency) Participate in internal projects for the Elevate team, including topics such as AI/automation opportunities, internal tools development, and best practice documentation Support portfolio company monitoring: tracking KPIs, analyzing monthly/quarterly performance, preparing materials for board meetings and investment committee updates Participate in investment process, including Due Diligence (Commercial, Financial, Tech Operational DD)
