JOB SUMMARY:The Carrier Support Manager provides real-time shipment support during extended coverage windows to maintain continuity of service, proactive communication, and timely issue resolution. This role interacts with customers and carriers within CRST’s network to support daily execution while ensuring seamless handoffs to internal teams. ESSENTIAL
