What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll engage directly with union members who request information about their benefits. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls

  • Scheduling and hosting appointments (phone or virtual)

  • Conducting presentations to explain available benefits

  • Completing required paperwork and documentation

  • Ensuring quality control and accuracy

  • Participating in leadership development opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
