In our Ocean Network Product team—part of our Ocean Product organization—we're constantly rethinking how we plan container flows, design networks, and deploy vessels. As an Ocean Network Product Owner for the East Coast Latin America to Europe, India, and Middle East routes, you’ll play a key role in shaping global trade and making strategic choices that impact our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Network Product Owner, you will:

• Be accountable for the Network Design including its Customer Value Proposition and Profit and Loss for the East Coast Latin America to Europe, India, and Middle East routes.
• Analyze market trends, the competition's products, and customer needs to ensure our network remains innovative and we always stay ahead.
• Develop strategies and design networks that deliver top performance and create an excellent customer experience. This may include collaborating and negotiating with partners.
• Work closely with colleagues across the globe to manage performance, define network requirements, and make important strategic judgements.
• Ensure volume and market share targets align with capacity and are reflected in the budget and pricing for the broader organization.
• Drive projects where your expertise and passion lies, giving you opportunities to work on diverse and exciting initiatives.
• Support positive change by continuously improving processes, adopting new systems, and encouraging collaboration across teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in strategy formulation, solution design, and delivering results through collaboration and effective decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills, with a structured approach to solving complex problems, even under pressure.
• A positive, self-driven mindset with the ability to align, engage, and motivate others.
• A collaborative spirit, skilled in building relationships and aligning with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions to achieve shared goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly in English.
